Game is crashing on the loading screen.

One of the more active players in our alliance has been unable to play the game for 2 days now. He has used the contact feature of the customer support site and even though he has been told it's being worked on sometime early yesterday; he is still unable to log in. He has a good connection and has reinstalled the game. He is able to connect using a different ID but not his actual account. My game even locks up on the loading screen if I try to visit his base to capture a screenshot.

We have remained in contact with him using Kik but he's getting really disheartened and starting to lose interest in continuing with this game. Please assist him asap as I would hate to lose another good/active player (when it is already such a struggle to keep an active semi-full alliance).

His in game name is Tony and he's in the DomiActive alliance. Here's a screenshot of the information I'm able to capture.

Do people have in-game tickets? I get the account connection issues and I've gone through most of them at this point. I'll double check the queue.

How would he have an in-game ticket if he is unable to get in game? I submitted an in-game ticket for him and the response I received was that I'm not allowed to submit tickets for other accounts.

He did submit a ticket at the link you provided and has been contacted twice. Once to ask him if it was a connection issue and once to tell him they were working on it (this was over a week ago though)

Unfortunately, due to another bug, we had to transition everyone to a new clan. So Tony is stuck in a clan now named BuggedDomiActive. Those are the only details I have because it's not my account. I'm just doing my best to lend a hand because I've been in that position.

I feel for tony... It's only day 3 for me and I an already crazy about the fact that I can't get on with the same problem. I have been in contact with support but there is no progress.

I have found the solution.
I think you are playing with bluestacks.
Dont. Use Droid4x and you can play again. If you log in on the emulator with your Facebook or google+ account, you can play at the level you had the crash.
