I've been trying to get the attention of developers at BHG for some time now. While I think it was a novel idea to bring an era spanning strategy game to mobile, it has a plethora of problems. I feel the AI needs work. The AI still gets confused and at times attacks walls for what appears to be no valid reason. Upgrade costs become excessive one you get beyond the first three or four ages. Available resources versus upgrade costs become excessively disproportionate. The game is rapidly becoming boring. There isn't very much going on with the single player story line. There isn't anything competitive except for perhaps attacking other players. The incentives to move beyond copper league have been severely reduced.
I've presented some of what I and many others consider to be key problems in the implementation of your game. Let's discuss possible solutions. Increasing the single player in length is a good start. Roll back the changes to the daily reward league boat. Reduce the exorbitant costs to upgrade. If you reach the middle levels and can't advance many people have no incentive to purchase crowns. People who have previously purchased crowns such as myself, will think seriously of abandoning the game or not making additional purchases in the future. This has a big negative impact on ROI. How about doing some new league competitions?
I'm one of many who fear their suggestions are falling on deaf ears. The fastest way to alienate your customer base is to ignore them.
