global event (age specific)

I have an idea about global event. This idea come from old facebook game - castle age.

so domi admin could start their global event and players with specific age could activate it, and call his friends to participate.
the event last for 7 days and each event has max. Number of players that can join.
Any player could put the event link into the facebook age, whatsapp group, etc for other player to join.
to activate event , the "primary player" should pay some minimum resources or/and trade goods.
each player that join also should pay lesser value.
player could pay more to get more reward.

for example : mongol invasion event. Only players within enlightenment age - medieval age could join the event.
Last in 7 days, max players : 50.
all nations could join.

world war 2 - japanese invasion event. Only industrial - atomic players could join.
nations : chinese, korean and japanese only.
last in 7 days, max players : 150

world war 2 - german invasions, similar with japanese buy only : british, france, german, greek and roman could join

rewards are participation reward and winning reward.
winning reward depend to how much resources player paid to join the event, the more you pay, the more you gain.
