Glory points to win

Can someone explain how the glory points to win at ww is computed ?
We are facing teams with equivalent strenght but the amount to win is so ridiculous, between 50 to 80 while we can lose 600 points in case of defeat.

The total amount of glory is based on the siza of the war, more players, more glory at stake. The split is based solely on the rankings. Higher ranked alliance get less glory points. The bigger the spread, the bigger the difference between glory points won or lost, regarless of strengh.
