Glory is now live in game. Have fun and good luck as you battle for the top!

Hello Leaders!


War has come and the battles have been hard fought. With the newest update to DomiNations comes a brand new feature called ‘Glory’. This feature has already been discussed in-depth during our last Design Spotlight and we’re excited to see who takes the crown for being the top Alliance on the World War Leaderboards.


With that said, we recommend for those Alliances who fight in World Wars for the sole purpose of ranking, you should delay starting a new war at this time, until the Glory system has been fully rolled out within the game on Friday July 14th (7/15/2016) at 14:00 UTC. However, if your Alliance is just after War Loot then by all means battle away!

Yes, in a sense. All will be updated well before Glory is activated

I believe it will be sorted by glory.
Right now, since all of the alliances have a base glory of 12,000, they are sorted by medals (which is the tie breaker, in case alliances have the same glory points).
So, once the glory points change, I believe we should be seeing alliances sorted by glory.
I might be wrong, but, this is my best guess.

Right now, all alliances have the same glory points, and so, alliances are ranked as before, based on medals.
Once the glory system goes live, glory gained from wars will start pushing alliances up and down.
It'll be a few weeks before the dust settles down, and we all figure out where we stand

It seems like it. There is glory indicator showing potential glory earned from war.

It looks like we only see Top 100 in glory, and we didn't know our own rank and our progress if we are outside the top 100? Ranking and our progress is a big motivation. Anyone know Folding at home? it is the ranking that make it attractive!

We had the same issue with our war that ended yesterday and from our understanding it is because We started the war before Glory went live.

I'd believe that too if I didn't read ppl received their Glory with wars ending before ours.

Would really love an explanation. If it's because we started our war after Glory was live pls tell me how other clans received Glory when their wars ENDED before our last war? If it's because of our WW size (we warred with 20 last war) then that's bs. If it's because we all weren't Global or Industrial...that's bs too.

We started war after 1400 utc and shows no point to be gained or lost on our war map trophy? :/

Should be a little less than 3 hours remaining from now before an end of war gives Glory. Current East coast time is 7:17am Sunday. UTC is 1117. Wars ending after 1400 should give Glory.

How you could started after glory release, if we started 20 minutes after glory was released and we still have 3 hours left on our world war??? Mabye you live in Venus or something where a day has 20 hours??
