I've been stuck on the same, non-expiring goal for a while now. It's "Upgrade a General" and I have to upgrade one to level 2. Though, when I obtained it, both were already level 2 and it didn't recognize that. Now, both generals are level 3 and the progress of this goal is "-2 / 1", haha.
If that wasn't enough, after the Oil Boom update, I've received a new, non-expiring goal, "Oil Well Upgrade". But, I'm still in the Medieval Age and can't even build an oil well until the Enlightenment Age, never mind upgrading one to level 2!
So, now I'm only able to obtain one daily goal because I have two ridiculous ones stuck within my window.
