How to Choose Our Location at War Map?

First of all, I used Search feature just incase someone had this question before and/or it was solved lol.
Result : None. (Or I wasn't good at searching?!)

Is there any way to choose our location at the war map? I would like to be located at my home country someday
Also, there should be a way to relocate it again, probably only the special privileges of the Leader

When war was originally released I thought you had to fight the adjacent country like in the board game Risk. But I get what you are saying. I have often wondered how it is decided. I don’t think it is random. I am located in Asia or MiddleEast or Australia nearly 90% of the time. Hardly ever in the America’s (where I live) and never in Europe or Africa. Our top player is in North America or Europe almost every war. One time recently he was placed in Asia right next to me and I couldn’t find him. I thought the program glitched and didn’t put him on the map when he didn’t show up in Canada where he usually is.

For some reason our #1 player was placed in Australia last war
So clearly I have no idea how they arrange this stuff. I would like to be placed wherever I want, or at least home country we should be able to arrange it!
