I LOST MY VILLAGE AND MY LAYOUT!?!??? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

I had just attacked someone's village and lost some troops, so while my troops were being made I left the app. When I came back I had my same troops but my layout was completely different, and it put me back an "age." I've sent 2 emails about the problem but I haven't gotten anything back. I'm a huge fan of this game, I even have 45+ members in my clan, but I won't play anymore because this is such a pain !!!! Please fix the problem soon. gamer tag; MrBiggles... This is my second post of the same issue -_-

I don't think repeatedly starting new threads will help speed up your resolution at all.

Once you've contacted CS, the only thing to do is wait.

Alliance member also opened his game to see his town reverted back an age and upgrades lost; layout was changed too. I'll write Nexon but as I've seen you guys saying they don't reply, I'm not very hopeful.

I went from lvl 115 to level 28 I was proberly one of the few who was lvl 110+ without using cheats or hacks.

Holy ****e. At least my switched base is around the same level as my old one.

How long has this been going on? (Or if your base was fixed, how long did it take them to fix it?)
