Ideas for a new building where you can donate aircraft from an alliance

Aircraft are under considerable threat due to S.A.M battery and GCI Radar. Therefore, it would be nice if a building was built that could receive aircraft support from the alliance. This building is an event building that can be placed on the base for 7 days, and I think it would be good to make a cooldown of about 8 hours to request a donation so that it does not significantly affect non-World War battles.

If I was you I'd contact CS and ask them to replace them with any other Aircraft TT. I hear they do it for some people....

I think we should be able to request Aircraft troops every 4 hours from your Alliance members, just like we do with Barracks and Factory troops.

I don't use them hence I have 143. Wouldn't necessarily use any other TT either.
