Ideas for Russian Faction added

I would like to see a Russian Faction too Dominations, I feel that since Russia is such a big country that it should have been in the game in the first place but I understand that there can only be a certain amount or something like that, if anyone has other ideas relating to this or can get it seen by devs feel free to comment!

Why can't people see that nations that are already coalitions won't be considered as new nations. So no Russians, American or Indians as nations

And why can’t the devs see that the two biggest players on the world stage, and the two main players in the real Cold War, should’ve been in this game from day 1?
