Hey brown bear here. (French, large medieval age.) taking a look at new content, always good, the Industrial Age art design is very cool. As far as wonders go, from reading their description, their powers seem to be pretty useful, except for the Eiffel tower, which stinks because I play as France. The new campaign is nice, I've always found them fun. Balance updates: meh. Some were ok like reducing cannon training cost and reducing supply cart training time. Others, like the increase on tactics cost and halving first aid healing, not so much. One that caught my eye is that cav no longer suffer knock back, which for me is useful. As for ai improvements: good to have them them, but there are still more not adressed in this update (wall miners). The unnecessary wall attacking is good, but it leads to a few strategies, if you will. These are barbarians inside the gates, and barbarians outside the gates. (Roman history, anyone?) this relates to the fact that when attacking a compartmented base, troops have two general pathing routes. Either continue marching through the base, or head outside and destroy the no purpose percentage buildings. Which can be good or bad. (Other ai improvements are good. UI: good improvements. Ui looks nicer and is easier to use. The rest of the updates are bug fixes, and always welcome. Final verdict: update is good but not amazing. There are still problems facing Dominations, hopefully they will be fixed soon. Side note: forgot to mention cheating. Short version: still happens.
