Hey folks, I managed to get my 14 workers finish their upgrade at the same time. I'm ready for a revolution but still hesitate between Korea and France. To make up my mind, I'd like to know how bad the new update impacted the french training Time. Any insights to share?

13 Shock Troops, 34 Motos + 5 Engineers take around 5 minutes for IA France under New TB. Basically the game is screwed because every other bug/hack/annoyance still exists.

Unless you are prepared to play 6+ hours a day, I can't see how to make any progress at 1 medal per battle, then the second you log off, lose them all and your diamonds.

Don't tell us you're quitting Eddie!

Just change strategy in light of new game rebalance. If it's too long to retrain for a suicide mission, maybe it's time to move to 4-5 starring army to take your troops home and retrain only a few.

French is still the best for suicide mission sniping TC, as it still retrains faster than any other nation.

But if you go mixed army 4-5 starring route, there are many viable choices, depends on personal preference and techniques. Romans, Germans, Koreans and British all have unique abilities for mixed army strategy.

I've taken a 5 day peace treaty to let things settle down and observe the new meta game. I'll see afterwards what to do. But I think it's a bit early to think about changing nations, I'd wait a little bit more.

Five star or TC snipe, it's still only 1 medal - then lose 23 to some turnip because his L155 base is 200 medals below me.

I haven't managed a whole hour of TB yet - real-life is getting in the way.

A least when the French had 1 minute turn-around on an army, progress could be made and that part was fun, which offset the 98% pile of frustration - now it's 100% frustration, it's healthier to stay away and do something else instead.

The French still have a faster training advantage and you guys are STILL complaining!!

Not so easy playing closer to the rest of us is it? You've been spoilt!! (and still are!!)

As l wrote in another post l tried the TB for the first time tonight and managed 7 mixed army attacks in an hour. The 2 diamonds were replaced with 7 from the battles. My army consists of mostly archers, 4 tanks, cannons and sometimes a healer - and no raiders!

The new TB works just fine - and I'm not French - but if you are you're still going to have an advantage - that's the bottom line!

People can either complain or adapt and get on with it.

I picked Korea eventually. I don't regret it. Their archers are uber-strong. I also add 4 cannons, 3 healers and 6 HC to go along my 40ish ranged units. And I can now have 5 Protect spells in a row. Soon i'll have 6.

I have a mixed army incl planes and generals, l attack to 5 star, and i use archers because it's smart. I dont use 50 raiders and 4 wallbreaker armies - that would be boring.

6 spells? Have l missed something about the Koreans? Thought we all get 4 and they get 5.
