Is Quick Victory reducing the Fun from the game?

Reading the views in the forum, most here care for Medals(Target only towncentre for Quick Victory with all Raiders Attack) & no one trying to figure out different ways of destroying a full 100% complete destruction of opponents base. The game is not build to be played like this :rolleyes:

QA is just a bonus, destroying TC will grant you win any way.

What's the use of all other troops,War tactics... etc. ? Raiders are not happy with the use they are treated for :p
If the option for Quick Victory removed & Victory only granted if atleast 50% destruction ,then most players start to play with mixed army for attacks ;-)
Also what if 100% destruction guarentees 10 medals, that can also work :p

I'd argue that quick victory is a useful concept, both on offense and defense. From the defensive perspective, though I like to give up 1 star easily, I prefer to give up only 1 star, so I think of ways to prevent the quick win.

That's the difference I think between the thinking of higher league players & lower league players (which cannot be rectified).
Player at lower league still think ways for complete destruction of opponents town along with that precious medals(for higher league players) :p

I enjoy the quick victory honestly. It allows me to hit a "panic" button if things go south and not walk away in total defeat :)

5 starring bases gets increasingly difficult as u move up in ages. offense power doesnt keep up with defense. 3min 30 sec battle timer isnt enough. defense destroys offense

Hey Dbukalski,

That's true without a doubt. Frankly, I think the game would be more fun if offense was slightly overpowered. Buffing dps and extending the battle timer would certainly make offense more fun.

Yeah Offense needs to be boosted,in particular Cannons with more health and more dps, & Cannons should destroy Maxed out walls from a distance range before targeting what's inside the walls ;)

Well actually sniping town centers for victory is for the following issues :-
1- league rewards at high ranks is enough if u win so u dont have to raid resources from the defender, just secure the win and get out of there
2- training blessing makes it easy for every1 to sacrifice all his troops to get the win and retrain his whole army in no time for another raids
3- as others mentioned, u cant wipe out defenses entierly unless ur hacker with 2 lvl 30 generals and 4 tatics with full merc army each battle and of course thats cuz of the repeated nerf of attacking units dps and the repeated buff of defenders health,dmg,etc.. Along with short battle timer

Anyway the gameplay is getting boring cuz BHG wants to make the game harder not more fun,so players adaptation was ok then i wont go full raid, ill just snipe TC with raiders or horse rush, quick victory is not the problem unless ur looking for 5* in low ages cuz in high ages i dont think every1 looking for 5* wins

What's the point of a 5 star win when there's only one medal up for grabs? Once you get the win you have all the medals you can get from this base... So grab the rss you need and Get outa there. Time is running on the tb... Tick tock!

Been sniping from 2.2K medals till 3K.. Definitely more efficient and appropriate with the current medal system. Before and beyond I used/am using mixed armies and the point of it, the point of 5-star victories, is 'fun'.. After all it is called 'dominations'.

I actually am OK with the current difficulty of 5-star play, it makes sense that the higher you go the more difficult it should get. With enough tactics, blessing and Zeppelin I usually can 4-star (sometimes 5) any base, even maxed out sometimes + returning army. The lost star is quick victory or complete destruction.

BUT since I, and most of the legit community, don't spend huge money speeding up tactics and zeppelins everytime.. I don't have enough tactics + blessings + Zeppelins so I end up with 3-star victories.

I do think we need more time in the battle, I don't think mixed armies need dps or hp buff. The main problem is always 'cheaters + no opponent'. This is the real deal.
If we have enough opponents to play with we can skip the hard and maxed out bases.. But we don't. I spend 10-20min trying to find an opponent and when I do.. He's maxed out as hell and I don't have enough tactics and my big huge Zay P.. So I end up losing all my army with only 2 or 3-star.

Bottom line, All they need to do is fix the no opponent issue, keep up the bans and everything will be fine.

Even though I'm sure most developers don't want thier games to be played like that it's the most common way this type of game is played. At certain points, like when you no longer need resources, there is no use in trying to 100% anyone. So quick victories become necessary to just climb the ladder.

There is absolutely no reason for quick victories too, you only get 1 medal per attack
