Is this normal - constant outages...

Just started playing this game yesterday and already witnessed like 3 maintenance outages, each several hours long. As if the game does not want to be played. Is this normal, or is it just having some bad days? Because I planned to do some more upgrades today, seems like a no go. Quite disappointed. Can't you devs have a backup server, apply the patch there, and then just swap the servers within minutes? Hours long outages are not quite a business-critical approach. Very uncommon. I want to play game when I have time, not when the game has time for me...

I've been playing actively for about a month, I would not say this is normal...the last day or so has been unusual IMO.

Chillax guys this game just came out still needs lot fixes if you talk about clash of clans which number one in top grossing when that game out it was shit like pvp only and basic stuff their forum was full of nonsense like you posted whenever they had maintenance break. If we have maintenance breaks here that means they are working on fixing something and let them fix or otherwise take your nonsense away and build your own game.

I have played clash of clans for 2 years but I am hooked up with Dominations now and this game has potential to beat clash of clans at some point.

It is fully appropriate to be dissatisfied with these outages. Server and network technology these days makes having redundant and fail-over systems very affordable and effective. With cloud hosting you can just rent servers for a short time if you cant afford redundant systems. Outages should be for no more time than it takes to redirect server traffic.

Myself and the players in my alliance are the kind that pay money, and we are not getting what we paid for right now. We have other gaming options, and no doubt someone of our people will get fed up and leave. I hope these IT issues ca be fixed before that happens.

They're not having server problems, they're having code problems. It still sucks tho :/

I have spent hundreds. All this non sense makes me delete. And never play another one of their games. So fed up with this. And you see people getting 40k in free crowns and I got nothing. Fuck this

Maybe they are also facing some data problems. Probably took an old backup and restored it. That explains why the histories are all gone.
