Keep our army after game crash or connection lost

Plese correct the game behavior when game crashes or connection is lost. Currently all deployed troops are lost in such situation. This is clearly nonsens.

The game should update our army state (i.e. spend the deployed troops) only after successfuly uploading battle result. If there are any issues during the battle, preventing to finish it, the army state should stay such as it was before the battle.

Agree. sensible option. 100 crowns to refund losing over 5k oil in troops and hours of retrain is insufficient.


That said if this were implemented it would work well for ethical players but could be expoited. If someone realized the battle wasnt going well they could turn off wi-fi or device to cause a disconnect and get out of a losing battle.

Maybe in case of disconnect just let the AI finish the battle. It wouldnt be as effective as user controlled but it would certainly be better than losing all troops. many of my DCs are when i have an overwhelming and unstoppable army that would easily clear the base with no user input.

I believe this was true early in the game's life, but exploits like the ones Dvicious refers to became quite common. So they changed it. The way it is now really stinks; they should probably have some sanity check where they take away all the troops that were already killed or more than half dead when the battle disconnected? But much more complicated to do that I guess.

I understood the reason behind that not keeping troops.
But now with 5 planes, we need a better solution instead of waiting plans for 2.5 hours
either apply training bless to air force, or shorten training time.

yeah, waiting for 2,5 hours when I could do more hits is pointless, but then again, it drives people away from game, summer is coming etc, maybe they care about us and want us to go out more instead of playing this game?

It would be nice if we also didn't lose medals. Anyone else figure out the cause of crashes? Seems to be connected with number of troops on screen
