Keep Stuck at Tutorial!

I TRIED CLEAR CACHE ,CLEAR DATA,REINSTALL THE GAME LATEST UPDATE FOR MANY TIME !!! AND THE LAST I FORMAT MY PHONE !!!
BUT NOTHING IS CHANGED , I KEEP STUCK AT THE TUTORIAL AFTER THE CRASH OF THE GAME !
PLEASE HELP !!! I WANTED TO PLAY THE GAME SO MUCH ! BUT I CAN EITHER GO THROUGH THE TUTORIAL!!!

You could always try playing through on Bluestacks for your pc. When I was moving my game to my PC I had to play though the tutorial until I choose my name before being able to access my google account.

I'm having the same issue, I'm stuck after it sent me to battle. It tells me to click the town center or something and the one i had built is gone. I emailed support about it and they said theyd investigate. havent heard from them since last week. its frustrating because i just want to play..lol ive deleted it and re downloded and im still at the same spot.. is there any soultion??

1. Submit a Customer Support ticket HERE -- include your Player ID, screenshots, time/date of occurrence, and anything else that might be pertinent

2. Submit an in-game support email by tapping Settings > Customer Service

Community Manager let us explain. we cant go to setting Because we cant push any button. to me the yellow Arrow ask me to build house, but i alredy bild it. so i cant click nothing​

what we ask is how to RESET THE GAME. what files to delete? how to refresh the account so we cann start the game from fresh. and not to install and get to the same stack point agin and agin.

lol as usual those community managers always answer these kind of questions/problems to us with that bull crap copy and paste thing without knowing what really the problem is.. sadly they don't have any knowledge about the game.
