Korean Language

Hi Peeps, one of my clan has English as selected Language, but yesterday he tried to contact CS, and its all in Korean... any idea how to correct this ???
any help much appreciated...

I suppose your alliance-mate is on the Asia version of DomiNations, which I had the same issue with the language of CS on the Asia version. If he is on the English interface, the CS is provided in Korean only.

I have queried this through Asia CS back then(around a year ago) and was told that the Asia version only provide Customer Services in Chinese and Korean. You would have to change to the Chinese interface of the game to access CS in Chinese.

He was fine till yesterday, all in English, Just suddenly turned into Korean for unknown reason...

Do you know if he's on DomiNations or DomiNations Asia? The former one is the version that majority are on, while the latter one is the version that most East Asian players are on.
