Library research to construct buildings/upgrades faster.

I was thinking ifyou could come up with library research to make constructing buildings or upgrading existing building faster. Even if it gets faster by about 10, 20 and 30% over 3 stages of a new library research it would be great!

if too fast , game is not interesting, if too low, game is boring! So, after a month day play, i think ..... it is good now

Maybe something for troops too aand tactics. Recruit and prepare tactics faster. Like research of 3 stages on for each. 10% or 15%
