Does anyone know whether 20% increase in defender health applies to all defenders (garrisons, stables, etc), or just the defenders coming from the town center; i.e. those you research in Chapter 1 of Partisans and then later in Chapter 3. Thank you.

'Defenders' applies to all units on defense, with the exception of received Alliance Troops.
