Looking for Info on Hannibal Research

In the Hannibal University research tree, am just about to complete the Fort/War Academy Citizen reduction perks. I am very excited to get into the General cost reduction, hp boosts, etc.

Does anyone have info on the costs of each stage of research, citizens required, and time per research from this point forward? I usually use the Dominations Wiki for this info, but nobody has posted the details yet.

I have been too hasty upgrading both the Castle and the War Academy already, but his research is still valuable concerning mercs and Gens strength, as well as the final bonus

WHAT???? In order to have reduced general upgrade cost you pay with oil???? damn....So, what is the good thing? You still give oil....another failure from bhg

As others have said:
Fort Upgrade Time - 4 citizens/3 days for stage 1
Fort General Upgrade Cost - 4 citizens/5 days
Mercenary Hitpoints - 4 citizens/5days
Fort General HItpoint - 5 citizens/10 days

All items cost oil, but not a lot (a few thousands for stage one and never getting to the level of Amelia or Selassie). I didn't take notes when I started them
Each additional stage is +1 day.
The above is the adjusted base stats without Leonardo Capstone or Atomium Wonder.

amelia’s plane upgrades discounts were already a good deal, but hannibal costs practically nothing compared to amelia, while generals are more expensive than airplanes. but hannibal does take longer.

This is not an issue. You pay maybe 50-100k oil total (thats a complete guess) to get a sognificant permanent discount for Generals. Did you know it costs about 1 million oil to get one General to lvl 30 wothout discount? The savings are immediately apparent

I am now at stage 3/5 into “General Upgrade Time”

Stage 1: 4 citizens, 3 days, 3000 oil
Stage 2: 4 citizens, 4 days, 6000 oil
Stage 3: 4 citizens, 5 days, 9000 oil
