Medal dumping attacks

I attack very often, but in cycles (I upgrade a general, attack until oil is full again, sit on it for a while until the next general upgrade is completed, attack until oil is full again, etc etc etc). It's been 1d 23h since I attacked anyone, so attacks on my base have slowed again. Only five in the last 16h.

pckrn I have noticed the same thing. I do many attacks and gather 100K oil. They rip me apart for hours and hours....I have 250K oil? No problem!! They don't even hit the oil wells which are also full!!!
I can't just undertsand what happens behind the scenes sometimes

cold war age level 239, medals 1900-2000. last interaction was a medal drop 17d19h ago. last real attack (with a real army and losing significant resources eg 5000+ oil) was 20d21h ago. resources always at high capacity due to museum giving +60% loot.

Lvl 271 cwa, kingdom league (but i drop to bronze often). Not been attacked for 2 days. Have never been attacked seriously in months with full resources. Thats not surprising since i wouldnt dare attack a level 170 player in global age with blessings. Probably wipe out my army with a hidden uni buff and the rebalance bs buffs. Not surprised i dont get hit, even though my museum is weak.

I too go days without being attacked. 2 years ago before I took a break from the game I would log out and be attacked within seconds. I literally had to constantly tap my phone screen while training to keep my screen from going black, or else I'd for sure I'd be mauled over by maxed out generals. That was one of the reasons I quit, I couldn't play casually at all. By contrast I'm now experiencing the exact opposite where I'm questioning why I even bother upgrading anything at all.

I personally dont have too much of a problem with the rebalance, but its shit if its causing the game to be abandoned

My defense log goes back 18 days, in that time i had about 25 one drop and quit attacks, about 15 TC snipes and quit, and 2 oil refinery snipes. I had zero legitimate attacks that tried to five star me and out of all these attacks i only lost about 7,000 oil and less than 1M food and gold.

I am 233 CWA and my medals have been between 1600 - 2500. I just recently medal dropped myself down to 1600 to find more favorable matchups.

What I don’t really understand is the TC snipes...unless you are medal climbing for the achievements to earn the crowns or perhaps they want the higher rewards of the victory chest. Personally i find it more profitable to keep medals low.

cwa 270 before rebalance it was such a problem .i medal drop for ntgs .log of and medal drops was like 30 or so overnight .now maybe 1 or 2 in a week .

CWA TC snipes are the most efficient way to get artifacts. i wish it wasn't because it's not fun .. i'd rather just attack.
