Medieval Level 51 turned into level 35 . Need help ASAP

Hi , I want to report a bug/error. i'm Medieval Age ( level 50) but when I left my device untouch for just 1-2 hour and this thing occured to me. My Town is a 35-level Medieval Age town with lots of Bug ( like the house is collapsing with another house and the town center is in the middle of the forest and the black smith upgraded all the General but there is no Castle ) . I just want my town back ASAP so can you please take a look into my case and work on it for me ? thanks in advance

Get in line. It's a long one and you're not going to be getting anything "asap" lol, it's been 4 days for me and i haven't even gotten an auto reply email. Some have been waiting 3+ weeks.

Yep I know that line lol. there is a guy in my alliance also experienced the same thing as me but he got fixed in 1 or 2 week .

My town is gone back to lvl 26 for the second timeee!!!! Are u kidding me? My town name is drrogba( romans gunpowder age) .my alliance name is turkish family.fix this

good news . I just got my town back and 500 crowns . I only have to wait for 3 days. hope you guys got your town back soon
