[Minor] Blessing percentage not correctly displayed

Hi @Dimun!
If my guess is correct, you have completed both parts of the "Loot Blessing Bonus" under the Great Leader Chief Hiawatha at the University. That would grant you +10% bonus to your Loot Blessing.
It looks like you also have Zeal Chapter 1 researched (actually, up to chapter 5, judging from your blessings) and that would grant a +10% Blessing power.
Here's how the math works for these blessings!
The Fortification Blessing base = 20%
+10% Blessing power (Library) = 2%
Total = 22%
The Loot Blessing base = 10%
+10% Blessing power (Library) = 1%
+10% Loot Blessing Bonus (University) = 10%
Total = 21%
The Library bonus is calculated off the base of the blessing, while the University research adds it directly to the top.
You can boost your Fortification Blessing by an additional 10% (up to 32%) by researching Sultan Saladin's Tree at the University.
