Of course for each one of us those perks will be different. This post is more as a list of possible artifact perks so that we know which one are certainly useless and we can easily sell them for blueprints. If there's already such a list just point me there.

PLEASE use emojis to show your opinion about certain perks:
-yellow :) emojis for opinions like: useful, hmm..., okey, maybe...
-red  emojis for opinions like: useless, nope, r u serious?, pathetic, just sell it...
That way we will have beautiful colorful list

So far I saw those perks in different artifacts with their bonus for the first level:
-Wall Sapper Damage +1%
-Bomber Damage +1% :)
-Wall Sapper Hitpoints +1%
-Supply Vehicle Healing +11% :)
-Raider Damage +1%
-Paratrooper Hitpoints +1%
-General's Damage +6% :)
-Ranged Infantry Hitpoints +6% :)
-Mortar Troop Hitpoints +1%
-Ranged Siege Hitpoints +6% :)
-Defender Spawn Time -1% if First Wave Time is 5s so does 1% or 10% actually mean something?
-Paratrooper Damage +11% :)
-Ranged Siege Damage +1%
-Enemy Defender Span Time +1%
-Library Tech Food Cost -1% useless for higher ages
-All Resources from Hunting +1%
-Vault Capacity from +1% to +6% at level 1 :) this 6% at level 1 is interesting
-Forest Expansion Cost Refund +6%
-Library Tech Food Cost -1%
-Gold from Gold Mines +1%
-Vault Interest +6% :)
-Food from Fruit Trees +1%
-Gold from Caravans +6%

I think that all +/- 1% is mostly useless bcs it won't have any effect on actual statistics, maybe except for some high values. And separate topic is how those perks will stack within one artifact and how much bonus they will actually give at level 10, but let's start easy with just naming those perks to see what we can get ;)

*for moderator - red emoji  is only used bcs of its different color not bcs we r mad at Nexon/BHG ;)

They seem to vary from 1%, 6% and 11% and increase by 1% percent per level giving an overall bonus of 10, 15 and 20% respectively. These seem to be generated randomly so all i can say is "hope your lucky and get lots of 11% effects.

Question on the vault interest increase. Is it an increase of 6% to base vault savings (eg 5% + 6%= 11% interest) or 6% increase of the current 5% (eg 5%*1.06= ~5.3% interest).? I have one of those that could be unlocked at lvl 2 of artifact. Seems very interesting/useful if it’s the former and useless if it’s the latter.

(oil/all) resources looted :)
defender damage :)
oil from oil wells :)

and i think defender spawn 10% would be pretty big. especially if you upgrade it it could become comparable to 20 from acropolis or 25 from saladin.

I think we need an additional grade, like "useful" and "very useful". For example: increased damage for howitzers:), increased damage for shooters:):)

Yes well, good luck raiding and finding and expediting all the necessary resources to EVER get there.

It’s additive and I can confirm this. I have vault interest increase by 6% on Museum. I put 8000 oil in my bank everyday and after 24hrs I get to draw 8800 oil, an extra 880 oil which is indeed 11%, so it is additive.

Hey Wynne, just to double check. You deposit 8,000 oil every day. And you used to get back 8,800 (10% interest), but now you get back 8,800+880=9,680 (+21%)? Is that right? NICE!! Have you upgraded your starting +6% interest artefact to +11%?

Yes it includes oil. While I don't have the proper one yet, my alliance members have confirmed this. They are mostly brit nation so it's stacking with the brit loot perk.

Ulysses Oops I meant I’m getting 880 oil
After depositing 8000 initially. Typo on my part. So it’s 11% total because 880 is 11% of 8000.

The most useful, for me at least, will be "looted resources refund" if you get lucky on them and can upgrade them plus combine them with the storage blessing you could render yourself effectively immune to raids. Of course for that you'd need four total with three +11%-20% and one +6% to +15% and a lot of luck and time will be needed for that. Of course you need to be careful what you spend your blueprints on since it takes forever to get them.

So far I have two jewelry with a total potential of a 45% refund from attacks, not bad but I might hold out to see if I get enough to create that near raid proof set up. Why is this important? so I don't feel so worried about being attacked when I decide to take a fe days off aside from check ins to collect resources.

It's interesting that there is no HT boost so far. Anyway, my top three priorities that I'm looking for are: fighter's health, shooter's damage, oil production.
