My account stop working

After last upgrade this is the screenshot of my game. I install the game in another device with same results.

Reinstall, reset and delete the memory doesn't help.

I am a leader of a civilization. I can't start the game anymore.

Please, can anyone help me?

I'm also having the same issue. I've contacted support and they don't have a fix for it. They don't even know what's going on.

I have contacted with CS Team several times since the first error with no result. I think like Nicolas, they dont know how to fix this error.

I cant play anymore. My account is blocked. It is really frustarting... so I left the game...
