My whole base downgraded

There are numerous reports of this occurring and it happened to me on 4/21. Unfortunately, Customer Support has been non-responsive to my near daily attempts to obtain assistance over the last few weeks. I wish they would acknowledge this major concern and treat it with the same priority as the Crowns issues many have been experiencing recently. It's beyond deflating to login one day and have the base that you worked so hard to build replaced with someone else's who is many levels behind where you were and has a different a wonder. I'm beginning to lose hope that this will ever be resolved. username = gtmac

It happened to me to about 3 weeks ago I was level 38 Medieval age then I got a base of Level 20, and no one came back to me to fix the problem after a while I just started playing with this crap level 20 base and gotten to where I was but I am still missing my 2nd Wonder it is totally gone and no option to build a 2nd Wonder, no one is probably going to fix it so I just keep playing like that unfortunately

After logging into the game, post last nights maintenance, are you still experiencing the same errors? If so, please take a screenshot and submit a ticket to our Customer Support department. From there they'll be able to start troubleshooting and see what went wrong, and then work on a resolution.
To contact Customer Support:
From within DomiNations, go to Settings --> Customer Support. If you are unable to access that from within the game, please submit a support ticket here: https://support.nexonm.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Please make sure to fill out all fields to the best of your ability.
Please note that due to currently high ticket volumes there may be longer than usual delays in responses, but rest assured that we will get to you all as quickly as possible.

I have the same issue. It has been over three weeks. I sent screenshots to customer support as requested over a week ago and no word back. I spent time and money on this game and now I'm stuck with a city that is so full of bugs and can't even be upgraded. Very dissapointed. Look at the pics of my city before and after.
