Nexon and cheaters

We are in a war with "russian mafia". Their co-leader attacked our number 1 with 280 troops. I sent a ticket to CS, didn't get any answer yet. But i will keep an eye on that alliance. I am curious if anything is going to happen to that cheating player.

we reported big gate builders several times with no action taken, typical CS reply will be is "we understand the frustration and we want this game to be fair played, we will make sure the abuser gets punished but due to security reasons we can't state the type of punishment he will recieve"

then u will find the same player hitting u with another massive army in his next attack too, GL

Unfortunately developers don't have some transparent written policy against cheaters, that means they have discretion right to do whatever they like, or don't do anything when someone is cheating.
In CoC when devs catch someone cheating in war, they ban whole alliance for playing wars in next 14 days.
maybe it's time to domi developers do the same here, to punish whole alliance in someway.

Ok. we won the war. Poor cheaters couldn't 5 star our bases, even with their monster army. Karma i guess
That player is still online and well, nothing has been done to punish him yet. After 2 days i'll write again to CS, and again, and again. Untill they ban him... or me.
