Not receiving crowns trade goods etc for watching movie advert.

i updated the game today. I am not receiving any rewards for watching the movie ... old man movie camera. The banner comes up saying a reward is on its way but nothing arrives. Seems to be broken.

Waited overnight and they still haven't turned up. Tried it again this morning. Banner comes up saying reward is on its way. 40 mins later nothing.

I am using iPad Air ..fully updated to the latest IOS 10.3.3 and the latest game patch. It worked before the game was updated (after iPad update) but has failed after game patch. They keep passing the buck to the third party but won't acknowledge that there is a problem following their update. In effect we watch films and they plus their third party get revenue but we get zilch. Not good being bounced to their third party. I don't do the offers and thus it will not let you contact their third party. Support don't seem to want to take ownership.

But seriously it would be a third party issue. Nexon has no control over payout on ads or crown offers. I know this because I had a crown offer fail when they switched from Fyber.

Seems ridiculous yes but that's how the ad system works in any game.

Seems to be working now after 24 hrs. However they should not be bouncing people to their third party client. You know a third party is a third party ..and not the ones running the game. They are the ones who can apply leverage if there is an incompatibility. In other games I play ..their support takes ownership.

Some rewards do take up to 24 hours to deliver. A limited number of videos are available per day, and they should appear when more are available.

It used to be you were given a certain amount of movies to watch per day and that was limited. It told you to comeback in so many hours. No such message shows. It merely says no movie is available. Been like this all day ..nothing.

I also have this issue that sometimes videos do not pay out. In addition, especially on iPad, I often have no videos at all. Just the first frame (or a single frame) for 30 seconds or so and then the final screen which you can close and hope for crowns. Weird, this. Works on iPhone, though.

Sorry to bump an old thread but I'm not receiving any crowns when watching videos 50% of the time. It just holds on saying "Processing rewards" and closing the window, crowns still don't show up after a day. Anyone else having this issue?
