Official Pc version?

i'm killing my ipad mini 2 and in the last weeks it is crashing always more often, in war it is lagging as never before.
A pc version, i imagine, would be fantastic! i know already Android is possible to be emulated but i would prefer a complete pc release.

What do you use for emulation? My phone doesn't like CWA bases in WorldWar. Too much lag.
