Problem with Germans Nation Bonus

The Germans are supossed to have a bonus. -5 sec in the "Rally" command (The button that order all units to attack one target). Well I chose the Germans but i still have to wait 30 secs to use this command instead of the 25 secs. Sorry for my bad english, it's not my native language. I hope you fix this real soon.

same issue here, i have seen other posts on this forum as well stating that the rally is 30 seconds no matter the nation. the german buff is not working. I have a german setup and a few in my alliance that are german see the same thing.

There is nothing wrong with their bonus.

Standard cooldown is 35 seconds.
35 minus 5 = what?

Yes, hearthpad. Some people didn't pay attention to the rally time before they chose a nation. It was originally 35 seconds.

The game team has confirmed that the German Nation bonuses are working as should. They are also working on showing the rally bonuses clearer. Thanks!
