Question about the Forbidden City

Hello, i'm still a bit nooby at this game but i've been enjoying it so far. I was wondering if I choose the Forbidden City as Japan will it also be able to attack enemies like the Town Center?

It doesn't shoot if you are japanese and doesnt poop out defenders if you are chiense. it just means they have to destroy it to gain the town center star. i think it's pretty crappy. if they have made it to your TC, they are going to have 50% victory anyway

Holy crap, there goes an actually good wonder for Oriental cultures. Ironically, Forbidden City is where the Emperor resides, thus the most powerful warriors the military can muster are stationed there and it usually boasts the strongest defense before Siege Engines were invented

true, but historically speaking, the chinese have never been good at warfare, and have lost to every foreign power except Nepal and Tibet in the last few thousand years, so you know, a weak palace makes sense
