Quick questions about the museum sales

what do you think this mean? “+10% bonus to that stat”.

My take is you upgrade any single modifier for example “all resources looted” to max in my case 20% and afterward I get additional 10% to that stat right?

they probably meant to say +9%.
as in going from 1 to 10% or 6 to 15% or 11 to 20% with blueprints

My understanding is that you won't receive extra 10%, it's just an amount of resources that allows you to level up the item and that's it.
