Reclaim Forests

Maybe you chopped down the wrong acre or your civilization wants its tress back?!? Whatever the reason this would basically bring back a plot of land to its foresty glory (maybe you get a small percentage of your money back, but off course you probably would use gold or food to bring the forest back itself)

As the game progresses, you're going to clear all the Forests anyways. Is there really that much of a need to reclaim one if you're just going to tear it down again later?

Trees will make the game graphics better and look cool too.
