We got our a.s.s kicked by a Russian alliance. On paper, they have lower level bases than what we have, but, boy, a nightmare to attack (max 3* with the full army, troops, grandmother, neighbours cat, ...)
On the other side, they just walk through our bases like it is butter !!

I will not say loudly that they are cheating, but, PPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEE, can we see the real strength (hitpoints + damage) of opponent bases so we know what we will face? The numbers MUST include museum, university, library, coalitions, ... upgrades.

This already been proposed by BHG but I still need to see the implementation in the game.

Losing a fight + war not knowing for what reason = VERY FRUSTRATING (isn't it Mr Joe). How can we progress like this ?

They do show strength in the form of Glory. When you are matched in WW, if the green Glory potentially gained is higher than the red Glory potentially lost, then you have a tough opponent. The larger the spread, the tougher the opponent. If the red and green Glory numbers are pretty close, then you have been matched with an opponent of approximately equal strength. Conversely, if the red Glory lost is higher than the green Glory gained, you have a relatively weak opponent. Having said all this, I am adamantly opposed to revealing any more information than is already revealed via Glory. The Museum Artifacts, Stronghold troops, and specific building strength should be kept secret. Revealing too much information would expose a players strategy, making the game boring.

Not any more, up until last 2 wars I would have agreed with you. First war we gained 650 by winning against same age match most of them rushed. Last war equal gain on victory on superior bases. Including a atomic Or highest is global. Still a good match but the numbers don't say as mutch as before.

revealing the info before the fight may not be liked by some, but im sure revealing it after the war would be welcomed by just about everyone

I agree with a Pre condition of having done... say at least 35% damage so that stats are not revealed during attacks by sandbags.

not for us..for 2 years, we only could win 10 glory points, and loose 700 points. sometimes we have to fight to earn those 10 points. But i can say that if you win a lot of glory points, the ennemi is stronger.
I was alsways told that the glory is purely computed between the glory points of both alliances and that strength has nothing to do with it...

I'm for revealing the info but after war is over. I don't think see how that makes the game boring or reveals strategy. In the off chance that it's someone that hacks or is hardcore p2w, I mean is that revealing a strategy other than money or hacking? The reason I say after war is that it doesn't affect anything during war. As far as stronghold troops, the replays already show what troops are there. If someone attacks but doesn't make it to the stronghold than the troops don't spawn and no info is shown. Once war is completed, the chances of running into same alliance is unlikely and by than you can switch the artifacts and such around. I don't know how someone can defend the iron age bases smashing cwa bases but I'm pretty sure the numbers would be 99999999999..x2 It's true that glory is generally the best indicator but not always.
