Russian coalition boost on opposing war team seems extremely high

The team we are opposing currently have massive boost stats on their Russian coalitions.
Am I missing something?
Mine is only level 3 and top stat is 65%, theirs are way out there.
One is level 5 and has;
Garrison, Tank Depot, Bunker health boost of 333%
Air defense attack damage and health boost of 111%

Second is level 6;
Garrison, Tank Depot, Bunker health boost of 473%
Air defense attack damage and health boost of 150%

third is level 7;
Garrison, Tank Depot, Bunker health boost of 676%
Air defense attack damage and health boost of 208%

Any one able to explain this one?

Could be a visual glitch but also looks like a blatant cheat.

This is a bug whereupon switching through enemy bases while scouting them and looking up their coalitions then will result in coalition stats being cumulatively added up together and it will be showing very high percentages, mostly happens with the Russians coalition.

It is only a visual bug and will not affect real battle in any way, you have no need to worry. Restart the game and look them up again in the war map, and they will be back to normal values.
