Speed deploying mass troops - wouldnt suggest this..

I tried dropping massed troops by holding down my finger to deploy, works great for speed but I lost all my five tactics and my last remaing French soldier camp (from the last event). I was and still am so annoyed!
And adding more annoyance, you screenshot and send info to CS and all you get back is doubt, mis-trust youre bull-crapping and silly scripted answers!
So lost the items, took hours to retrain them and lost out on a great fat juicy base Id have taken.
( I was commited to where I was attacking, x3 clumped heavy mortars, was going to freeze them and waste, but wow.. no tactics, boom boom, 90% of my guys are gone. It was over.)

I think it was the speed deploy .. dont want to do again just in case

I've been there many times, I know what you mean. But we can't possibly blame CS if we never check before deploying could we? I just blame it on my fat hooves.. lol

I know it's hard to keep track sometimes when we are in the 'zone.'

Tactics are not the only ones that get misdeployed. Sometimes I deploy in my healers 1st to die.

Oh.... and be careful of quick double taps too. They might cause the attack to crash. Happened to me a few times already but not recently tho.

So is it CS's fault you highlighted the wrong item in the troop tray ??!

I use the speed deploy all the time (swipe my troops across the screen though) and there's nothing wrong with this deployment.

Let's make sure we're talking about the same thing: you're referring to holding your finger down and swiping one troop across the screen - rather than swiping your finger across the troop tray and deploying everything in your arsenal at once ?!!!

hmmmm, BV the human hand is not really meaty enough to cover the whole deployment tray, it must b really rough playing this game with hooves...

But anyway.. I know it happened, I guess also happened to the op so theres something there. Ill just tap from now on.

My android tablet is so sensitive I don't even have to physically touch the screen to get it to register a touch. 0.5mm from the screen and it will register. It's easy to switch items with my thumb if I'm not careful.

Ive tried it again and no trouble O_O
but i held down then released then held down again, like in bursts. that seems ok, but I swear those two times my tactics and camps were wiped

I often deploy in one place or swipe across but havent had any others deployed without selecting them first. Sounds a bit odd.
