once i enter the game n my base loads i get this spinning wheel in my face ending in connection loss ...

you are not alone. I face this same issue. I can't collect resources from my generators, I can't upgrade anything. I can't donate, or recieve troops. I sure as hell can't battle anyone. I can't reset my traps, the only thing I can do is chat and all I can chat about is the messed up update and how it screwed me

We have a player facing the same problem. He tried reinstalling, but to no avail.

We also have a guild memeber that gets the endless spinning wheel. He tried reinstalling, but no effect. He cannot contact CS since he cannot play.

One player in my alliance is experiencing the same issue. He can chat, but he gets no donations, cannot train troops, cannot do battles, nothing.

I have the same problem. Whenever I go mobile with my phone I get the spinning wheel of death. When I'm at home using my wifi connection everything works great!

If I start the game off WiFi, I get the spinning wheel and network error eventually, if I start it ON WiFi it works as it should, even if I go out of range later.
I am out of data for the month so it's really slow connection, I don't know if it affects somehow, but it was fine before the update.

I have the same problem....been trying to fix it all day. Can load to the base just fine but once the base loads, I can't do anything due to the spinning lag wheels. Hopefully this is just a temporary problem due to so many people updating. Sometimes for brief periods there will be no lag so it's not something wrong with my connection (my connection works fine with other games). The most annoying part is when I AM able to attack, the spinning wheels show up shortly after I attack and then I get disconnected and lose all my troops and loot. Please fix!

As several others have said, we also figured out to use wifi. The new update is not as tolerant of intermittent connections as the older versions. This is a huge problem for a mobile game.

Seraphine A lot of us are facing the same issue and cannot log into the game. Will there be a fix anytime soon? Can we roll back the update, as the game is clearly not playable at the current time.

It started with lots of spining wheel and ended with that I cant load my city anymore. Its very annoying to pay money and cannot play. Fix this fast.... please. The funny thing is I get messages... You are under attack, I had 7 mil of gold, was close to an upgrade and it really sucks to see how the gold will be robbed and I cant do nothing against it...

I can't get the game to load at all now. It crashed after building the embassy yesterday, immediately after winning complete destruction. My alliance is at war today without their leader.

3 days later and I have lost hundreds of medals, millions in resources. I can't collect from my generators and can't upgrade buildings or new researches. I can't reset my traps or get donations. Customer Support has provided yet another brilliant plan for me to try. "reboot the game". what kind of idiots do they have running the show over there.

Seraphine, since you are our only real link to a real person from the game, could you please get us some kind of timetable on when we can expect to be able to play again. I am rapidly losing patience with the copy and paste replies from the group designated to be customer support.

my case is i can donate troops, receive troops from members, visit WW page, write to cs but i cant reset traps, collect trade goods, engage in attacks!

This is definitely a bug after the update!

i don't know about ur connection guys but i used VPN and the game worked fine

PS : don't opt in wars using VPN as ur attacks won't be recorded

I'm having the same problem as well as at least 2 members of my guild. Tried all the usual things but only works fully on WiFi. Hope it's fixed soon.

It's been a week today (6-1-16), and still no closer to resolving the issue I was told...*sigh*...I MISS MY GAME!!!
