With the new feature of being able to spy on war opponents, I'd love to see the same feature cross over to alliance members. To prevent exploiting this during times of war (for people who haven't researched it yet) put a condition that you have to have been in the alliance for 7 days before that can work. I would see it working fairly simply - visit an ally's base, then tap on their Library, University, or Museum to see what they've researched. This can be especially helpful to provide guidance for newer players as they decide what to research. If BHG wanted to restrict this feature to also require University research, fine. But there could be benefit from a newer player 'looking up' to veteran players to see what they have researched.
