My biggest complaint about the uni was this as well - too many workers. And not even a new house option from Nexon. When the game is already bottlenecked with upgrades Nexon decides to pave the road with warm tar - just to show us who's boss.
If this was a real job we all (the players) would've left for better conditions months ago.

One mod says they haven't scraped this. But notice there's zero information or any hints that this is still in the works or any progress being made. I'm really new here but members of my alliance have said this was mentioned months ago in post.

Missions what. I have no people Avb for missions let alone time. What are you giving me for completed mission gold food. Well I can see missions being a flop. Maybe go crowns I'd consider sending a minion on a mission but why would I want to send a priceless minion on a mission for food or gold. I sure hope it's better then that

I'm jumping on this wagon. There's no way possible they play this game. And if they do must be in the dark age where this stuff don't matter

Nexon should buy their own starter pack 1 and 2 with extra workers to get more workers working on actual problems

1. War replays and war matchmakings, glory, etc.?
If I hire people that don’t know how to do something then I hire someone who knows how to do this. Obviously programmers at BHG/Nexon don’t know how to do this
2. Cheaters?
If I want to remove cheaters then I do so. Even if I have to check all accounts by hand with a pencil BHG/Nexon don’t need a pencil. They have all the data they need. So either their programmers can’t do this (see solution at point 1) or they don’t want to do this
3. Crashes, memory leaking, etc.?
See point 1. Nothing to say more
4. More workers = more money!
I have to admit that this the only one thing they figured just great, unfortunately not for players but for themselves
When players sure spend their money? When there’s their time at stake. So BHG/Nexon added university, now some expeditions and with atomic age building upgrades will require 6, 8 or even 10, 12 workers to upgrade. Don’t forget about 5 additional leaders at the university that will sure require oil and more workers (5,6,8)!!! So more and more workers needed.
And with the introduction of Atomic Age – boom – starter pack 3 with 2 extra workers! My guess is that 90% players will buy it so by the end of the year BHG/Nexon will have big bonuses for their programmers who can’t fix same issues And they could use all that money to hire some who knows how to fix those kind of things
Hey, I’m not saying you need to fire programmers (dismiss, discharge, give someone their notice, lay off, let go, get rid of ) but you should definitely hire someone who knows what obviously your programmers do not! Sorry, but it's true

We appreciate the continued growth of the game. Thanks for the continuing effort. But please keep war replays at the top of your to do list. It is still the #1 requested and needed improvement.
