Suggestion for Devs and Muet

if you guys really want to know feeling of the community you need to know the game better. you might feel you know the game better but thats not true. you will only know it better if you actually play it. not in the UAT environments but in real life. Upto some extent Tin knows but he gets the info from players.

Start alliance with your team. Involve all devs and support teams. keep it closed. you can start bases at random levels. play it normally do wars and multi player battles.

start it you will know the difference. this can be a start.

Hey there! I agree that it is vital for the team to play and understand the game. Playing on live is actually something I take pretty seriously and enforce within the design team. The designers here play on live in a variety of styles, up to and including top-end Alliance wars (our active accounts range from Industrial to Space Age).

For me, my primary account is actually one that I play completely free to play. I've been running this account for a long time now and it's goal is to keep myself aware of the experience of the majority of players. That said, I of course also make sure to experience all parts of DomiNations.

A few fun facts to share regarding my F2P account:

• I was actually kicked from the first Alliance I joined after starting at BHG (I make sure that I'm anonymous so my Alliance doesn't know who I am). I was busy over a weekend and missed my attacks in a War. We lost by like 3 stars
• My Alliance benched me when my matchmaking changes first we live because our leader had to change which queue we used! But don't worry, we've recruited more people now and I've been active again for awhile

Ha. Good to hear that you also play the game as a lambda player. So are you not annoyed like most of us with:
* bugs in chat room
* too long upgrade times
* cheaters
* not enough workers
* less from optimal matchmaking
* battle crashes

If I was in your place, I would kick some *** on monday morning when coming back to the office, and I would have a 'good' chat with some developers

Are you not doing that? I do that with my developers every day, and they fix my problems immediately...

Good to see the spinelessness of this forum! BHG removes Group Leaderboards from an event (false advertising), does absolutely nothing about cheating for months, let alone the plethora of other issues with the game (chat bugs, crashes, poor matchmaking, and those are all objective, let alone subjective problems like workers and upgrade times), and flat-out *lies* about Digital Age by releasing it so ridiculously early.

I mean, seriously. Do you guys really believe they play the game? If they did, they would be working on fixing the numerous GLARING issues that are present, especially in high ages. And are you willing to take Muet’s word for anything given his weak record? Spineless.

I understand the sentiment, but I don’t know if you sincerely understand how pressing some of these issues are for many players. If we’re going to complain, we better not forget what we’re complaining about after a single post offering a drop of water in the desert.

You have then see crash bug first hand being free to play not as frustrating I'm sure if you have 15-20$ in cards you lose in 20 seconds you would have done something. Then there is the troop card hack and being in the top you have to have seen that one player or two filling all sh in 5 seconds . After new content release you also probably saw instant upgrades perhaps by people who were offline been they magically got the new stuff. So one you don't care or your lying to us again like you did about digital age in the space age live stream ...stop lying

Let's face it, the number of complaints are nothing compared to the number of players and payers so don't expect anything to be done about the bugs that a small percentage of players are experiencing. The payers are more than enough to keep them putting out new content while putting up with our small number of complaints.
l still enjoy playing even experiencing the occasional bug, as long as the game is here I'm happy to be a player and not a payer.

the fact remains that the museum, university, armoury and archive can all be hacked. Plus there is an in-game hack allowing troop cards to be played but not consumed. Then of course there are the iOSgods and platinmods apps that give you unlimited resources etc etc.

pretty obvious that if a player uses 4 Vickers in war he is cheating. Same as players who have 1000’s of hours of speed ups, quickly max their walls, have all level 60+ generals etc etc they are cheating.
And here’s the black pill for Domination’s players: the person doing the server-side hacks is a Nexon employee and is taking those sweet PayPal $$$.

Well, either they are just unable to fix anything or they are just not willing to. If they would care about their customers, they would have a fix for those crash bases months ago. They just don’t. The matrix mode cheating, same story. And so on and so forth. They are aware of the issues. We should track their work on them on a weekly base and request reports.

Well, they can do what they want. They are aware of everything, as they have all the data.

On the other side, we as players and clients, we can also do what we want, like boycotting and spending less on the game.

All teams have their ways of leverage, but we know who is *paying* who, and it is a one-way direction from my pocket to Nexon's pocket.

Therefore they have no incentive to fix things that the rest of us complain about.
