Sydney Opera House vs Atomium

I have just about upgraded all my buildings (except farms and caravans), so after the Summer for the Ages event I am thinking of swapping my Sydney Opera House for the Atomium. I just finished the library research so it will only cost me 400 crowns to make the change.

By my reckoning, as long as I have 11 workers in the University at all times, the 10% reduction in skill research time beats the extra citizen. I will miss the 10% reduction in expedition times, but I never have more than 2 workers at the dock. So let's say as long as I have 13 citizens doing uni research the Atomium is better.

Any other considerations or reasons to keep the Opera House?

assuming you dont have da vinci capstone,
for oil research, at 10 univ workers atomium is better.
for food/gold, assuming youve completed hiawatha and mansa, 7.

for oil research:
for atomium and opera house to have same effect you need 9 workers in the univ because with atomium, 9 can do the work of 10, while opera house gives you 10 workers.

for food/gold research:
6 can do the work of 7 with atomium, so 6 is the even point between atomium and opera house

Thanks pckrn, I hadn't considered that the 10% was on the original research time. So indeed, a 10 day food/gold skill level will take 6 days instead of 7.

I will still miss the dock bonus, but that benefit is only a useful if an expedition you want is available.
