Lol, they did nothing really... They might have their bases reset to enlightenment but no ban, nothing. Wont put off hackers. They should of had their accounts removed from server PERMANENTLY if they really wanted to prevent people from hacking game. Bull crap

even if they had reset the buildings to industrial. what kind of punishment is that? players hack the game. reap benefit of having superior offense and defense for gaining medals. and probably used a program to farm the medals anyways. and all they get is a soft return to legit buildings? their accounts should be banned their cities deleted to dawn age and medals reset

Just looked at Men Shop now in Enlightenment Age..... Well it might say they are back in this age but if you look at their bases they still have all Industrial Age upgrades still and are also still able to train tanks etc... So definately done nothing

In such type of gameplay, allowing such vital cheats for so long is harassment of other players. Cheaters get new content first, fair players get harassment for their time and money. Unacceptable.

Well, booquia at least posted in forum that he lost control of his account and reported bugs before,so he might be a victim, but this account should be banned anyways and unbanned when fixed.

Just so you know guys They just changed my townhall but my troops are the same.. I asked Bhg to remove 3126 hackers crowns on my account.My game is loading now I called apple to remove itunes resctrictions that i requested them to do the first time i got hacked I Reinstalled the game and it downloaded the update. Im staying on the game as long as Im getting response from them..Im letting them do their jobs I cannot give much info though.

It could be because: a) you have played your account on another device and forgotten to log out so that devices owner has access to your game, or b) the original device you played game on is not the device you now have and is still defaulted account on original device, or c) someone has access to your iTunes/game centre info and I suggest you change your passwords again. Buggar boo

Why don't you just ban them hackers instead of reverting their accounts? They will continue to hack the game anyway.
