I'm sure I am missing some. However, I would like to suggest a change to the wording. As the company, designs, owns and operates the game, I believe the correct wording is "Things we choose not to do". There is absolutely NOTHING that the company could not change in what amounts to toggling a few bits of data in a database.
Individual representatives may be able to say "I can't do" - and even then, the caveat is "because my boss won't let me". But the phrase "we can't do" should properly mean Nexon cannot do it. And in many of these cases, that is an obvious lie. The company chooses not to do it.
