Thanks, we'll send it to the team to have them taken down, and we'll make sure it's something our dev team is aware of it.

I dont know what hacks their using. We may never know. But if u simply look at their bases. Then check to see if they bought $33k worth of gems to max out walls and base to industrial then u can eliminate 80% of the hackers. Their all high medal players or in top alliances (russian and assian). U can even offer some of the banned players an unbanning in return for information what hack their using.....the player base will be very grateful if u eliminate the most obvious hackers at the top of the leaderboards. U can find hackers by looking at walls or base level

Right now. Ur games survival hinges on ur ability to gain control of ur game. It may already be in a death spiral. U cant have a pvp competitive game where players are asked to spend $ to compete with cheaters curb stomping the most obsessed players that may have spent $. I dont know if the obsessed competitive players have moved on to other games. If the window has closed for dominations. Your entire staff should be devoted to bribing, coercing hackers to give up their info. U should be manually banning players until u figure out what hacks their using

If you submit a ticket they can check the database and see if it is a known issue or bug or if it is working as intended... If several of the same type of issue are submitted we can more easily track what device / OS, etc is having issues and all of that information is easily stored in one place for reference. Jumping around from one part of the forum to the next is not conducive to good bug tracking or good customer service. We always hear you. Just because we follow protocols does not mean we are brushing you off.
Many gamers just don't quite understand the rigors of a gaming company and software development methodologies. Issue tracking is critical to software development. Without it, logistics becomes unmanageable. Strongly recommend those that have issues to submit a ticket. It is only the PROPER and BEST way.

I would suggest 'dbukalski-test' at first. everyone who has more lvl 11 walls than him and didn't buy crowns = cheater with 100% match :)

Hhahaha theres not gonna be many people more crazy than me out there :) unfortunately some asian countries got this game in november. And if there is someone more hardcore than me asia is a good place to start looking. I also lost a month of gaming so im no longer a good barometer....but..no one has max industrial without buying crowns. So thats where u look for the cheaters now

Flow of information is an important thing in game design. So, tickets to CS get attached to a defect in our system; more reports means more weight to the issue. More weight to the issue means a higher priority is attached to the fix. This is how all software teams (not just games) determine what fixes to put in releases. Complexity, risk, and pervasiveness are all factored into prioritizing.
