Timed event not recording medal wins

One of my timed events is win 285 medals. Basically impossible at my current level, but anyway, it still shows 0/285 after I've won 10 battles for 20 or so medals.

I just won 9 medals and it is up to 2/285, so, it is counting something.

You have to get 285 medals more than what you had when the quest began. So if you lost 10 medals on defense, then won 10 medals, it would show no progress

Quovatis was right about this.

Curious new error on the same quest. I was at 2/285. A new quest came up, also for medals, to get 95. It changed the first quest to now show -19/285.

Doesn't look like an error, it's just telling you the truth, and how it should have been all along, imho. If they truly want to to be based on the the moment the quest began, they should have negative numbers like that so you know where you stand.

Still a ridiculous quest for most players. It's impossible to gain 200+ medals in 2 days at 2500+ medals.

No, definitely an error. I had 2/285. I finished a different quest, and the new 0/95 medal quest showed up. The existing 2/285 changed to -19/285 at that time.

Strange, sure you did not loose 21 medals in a battle meanwhile?

No, I dismissed a quest I missed, and saw the 2 change to -19.
