TinSoldier will you punish cheaters if concrete proof is provided?

We have just been matched with a top 100 alliance who are well known for exploiting the TC troop glitch where troops that spawn from the TC far exceed the available troop space. We have just been talking to members from another alliance that matched them recently and they reported that every TC was spawning one or 2 heavy tanks and 7 or 8 howitzers (over 100 troop space for TCs with a max capacity of 39 troops)

We’re still in planning day so I wont name the alliance here until I personally witness their cheating tomorrow but I want to know if I send you screenshots/videos of them exploiting the TC bug will you definitively punish them for cheating, and if so what will the penalty be. It is quite ridiculous that alliances are resorting to this sort of thing but even worse if Nexon allow it continue.

TinSoldier please respond in the next 24 hours so we can gather proof and send it through to you.....

Oh man there is many issues... if you are looking for a justice you can't find it here!
There is not any justice between cheaters and others!
Even if they banned them it would be temporarily and no permanently!

Currently game is full of cheaters! hackers are a lot of steps farther from the team of game security!

exploiting the TC troop is annoying, but more annoying thing is more and more crown hacker.
Lot of maxed base build up by crown hacker, especially from some south east Asian country

This game could be much nicer, nexon just need to fix the tc and request bug, cut the pay to win (or at least nerf the ea) and get rid of hackers.

Is this glitch widespread? We played a team that had bases which did the same in our last War. Not a top 100 alliance. We reported multiple players multiple times and I have raised it privately with nb4powerup. Customer Service acknowledged. No reply from nb4powerup yet. The cheating players were in the Russian Legions alliance, (level 9 perks) and although reported i can see as I write this that they are still in that alliance so apparently two days after the reports no action has been taken.
