Training Blessing

I just don’t think it’s fair that if Training blessing is 3 seconds off from being fully trained and blessing runs out why does it all reset and I gotta wait another 45 minutes. There should be some kinda lee way there

It's works both ways. If you are training a full army dont place your training blessing until the first troop is nearly complete.
