Unable to join alliances and cannot contact CS

Hi, I left my alliance and wanted to join a local clan called "Singapore". The very second I joined, I was removed immediately. However, when I checked the alliance, I am inside (screenshot). Yet my alliance tab does not show the alliance, neither am I in their chat room. I cannot join other alliance as well.

I wanted to contact customer support, but the message which I sent them turned out to be blank (screenshot). Yet I can highlight what I've typed earlier and the message is still there when I copy to notes. I have yet to receive a reply from customer support. Someone please help!

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and I got stuck in an alliance while not actually being in alliance. There is a way to get out, I posted about it here and with the solution:
