OMG freakin Nexon do something!!! This is for quiting game,half of my alliance (including me) is experiencing almost permanent wheel of death, just unbelievable.

For yor information, i have tried playing the game with my fd's home wifi which has a network speed of 1000mbps but still i experienced connection issue and game crash! So this definitely has nothing to do with players' own wifi!

Yeah,Im sure that 7millons of gold or something will heal my oil losses of dozens of lost HT cuz of this problem :D

Yeah Hugh.. excatly, the training battles are seamless, never crash, yet in MP the fall over all the time yet its OUR internet connection lol :confused: :rolleyes:

I read in 1 of your latest posts (I believe it was your latest Sticky note post) some players received the medals they lost back because of these ongoing connection issues? Really? I've lost close to 600 alone (yup keeps growing) over the last 3 weeks and been told that CS can do nothing on an individual basis...I will post the info u outlined, but as someone who's lost countless attacks,,Wars,,Loot,,Medals,,Crowns,,Patience and most important of all, Time to be told 1 thing only to read the exact opposite is almost criminal especially with ss that CS ask for. All we want when we play a game is for it to work correctly. If it doesn't then we expect a solution promptly, not excuse after excuse. The turnover ratio when i first started playing is ridiculous. My clan is open for new members and the majority quit after a week, what message is Nexon sending by not taking care of the ppl who keep this game afloat? Ppl just want to feel like they r taken seriously, generic replies by CS does not help this, especially when we all know it's NEXON'S SERVERS causing the problems.

I'm starting to regret climbing the medals now with all the crashes going on. Aaaaaaaaah!

Once i get my 2.2k medals (currently at 2.1k) and crowns, I think I'm going to go back to Silver.....more loot, easier bases and lesser heartache....

No; I only realized after my initial message to CS that you had indicated to provide these details. After collecting all necessary screenshots and writing an explanation for each incident (outside of the game, since I'm booted out of the game after 3 mins regardless of the fact I'm trying to type messages to CS), I found that CS had already closed my ticket with the helpful advise that my device was the problem (despite the fact that the latest and greatest devices have been reported to crash with this game as well).

So, my conclusion is that the devs DO NOT value the details you're asking us to provide. First, because if they did they could actually just investigate it themselves and CS should thank me for contributing to the tracking of the extent of the game's issue (not tell me my device isn't good enough, especially when apparently the perfect device for this game has not yet been created); and second, assuming the devs want us to do the investigative work for them to save themselves time, CS would have asked me to provide the info instead of telling me I have a garbage device and it sucks to be me.

The issue is this, the stability of the game is mainly the responsibility of the devs- and is not by large an issue of user connectivity or hardware. I experience far far more crashes then I report, because when I do report them I am consistently brushed off. I only report them in cases where I am exceptionally bothered, and, having the patience of a saint in sticking with this game for over a year, I expect better CS when I do. In fact, regardless of loyalty, all players should have that expectation fulfilled. Furthermore, because the devs are aware stability is their responsibility, providing all burdened players with nominal compensation until the issue is fully resolved should be standard practice. If this appears unacceptable to the devs, perhaps it might provide added incentive to fix the issue with higher priority?

Having now finally bit the bullet and advanced to IA, costs and time are at an all time high for me. Others are also feeling the strain. Crashes prevent proper advancement and severely impact interest in the game. There is only so long I can wait before I'm finally at the end of my rope with all of this.

Well said Maggie, all I c is the constant yellow circle of death and if that's not there i c the shadow circle of death. Soon followed by lost connectivity. Since 8:00 am I have been thrown off 2 dozen times out of ...2 dozen tries...(it's 1pm now)! This has been ongoing 2 updates ago (black shadow of death) obviously it wasn't a priority to fix then so why should we think any different now Seraphine? How many ppl r going to quit before Nexon fixes this? Even the little things like a message (non generic) or compensating all with something (sorry for your troubles, we r working diligently to fix this problem, here's a token ______ of our appreciation) Nexon doesn't do, lol. Some games actually reward u when they do maintenance and updates..(yeah can u believe the audacity!!!). I lost around 600 medals within the last 3 weeks and I am told there's nothing that can be done, but read some had there's returned, lol. And Nexon wonders why ppl r extremely irate?

Pride is a terrible thing, what once was a legit challenger to Clash is turning into a mere has been.

you are not the only one at the end or getting close to the end of your rope. I complained 3 times a day for weeks to get a certain issue fixed .. and then the update gave me more grief. I received nothing .. the poor customer service with the lack of compassion or consideration s enough to drive a person to quit.

perhaps my tirades every day got my problems resolved (yes I have an operational game again) but that doesn't help the countless others that are not posting here on the forums or submitting tickets every day. I am not happy to hear that anyone has to endure the likes of the storm of glitches I did, so even though I am in good shape, I still have nothing positive to say about the CS reps or the developers.

Ok, Seraphine, I'll bite. However, I can only hope that the devs and CS truly do place an appropriate value on the effort and time I take to save them from the investigative work for which I'll assume they are paid to do.

Ofc, I couldn't post any screenshots to CS because apparently that functionality has been removed- along with the ability to view posted messages in the CS interface. Well, perhaps I'll spend some more of my time and effort posting them here in the forum later on today.

Hillariously frustrating that they keep asking for screenshots when the ability to give them has evidently been removed. Additionally, the mere fact they are asking for them when that functionality has been taken away.. well let's just say it it doesn't inspire confidence in their abilities to resolve these issues..

I gave up on CS long time ago. Copy and Paste responses. CS that obviously doesn't care about us even though we are technically paying their wages by investing in this game.

I just get more frustrated and angry writing them. So I stopped writing CS as they obviously prefer us not to contact them if you read their responses.

I really love this game but I gotta give Nexon credit. They really know how to mess up a game and alienate loyal customers. Not everyone is good at that.

I've experienced enough crashes during wars that i got used to it! (Which obviously is not good ! )

The funniest thing was that i got 104% from attacking someone in war !!!

Well, suffice it to say, I didn't get around to providing any screenshots- but I did finally receive an appropriate response from CS (one where I was not blamed for the game's inadequacies). I was also compensated for my troubles.

But the issue still persists- and I've not the inclination to continue to message CS this 'tracking' information each time.

Also- I shouldn't have had to post in the forums to gain traction on good CS- that really should just be standard practice, especially with a game that has so many issues. We should all be treated like saints for putting up with all of this and STILL continuing to play!
