Nothing has improved from this update. Game is still full of glitches and is very lagging for me. I still get the spinning circle in the middle of the screen and then a notice that there's a connection issue which forces me to restart the game all the time even though there's nothing wrong with my internet connection. All I see is a bunch of new features and no fixes to the bugs we've all been asking for a year now. I guess Nexon doesn't care about fixing this already broken game, so you reap what you sow if the game dies when people just stop playing it and leave in droves because of your neglect. All I see is misplaced priorities. Pitiful.

Durgesh I do not deny that the game has issues. in fact I have suffered through quite a few myself. however I feel it is simply misleading to state that nothing is being done about it. moreover, I simply did not understand some of the points he was trying to make and asked for clarification. Also, shitty customer service has nothing to do with a new update to a game. there's nothing undermining about that.

you mentioned loss of medals: I had the same problem but that was resolved. sorry to see that it hasn't been resolved for you.

oh and as far as your commercial ad analogy goes: last time I checked I didn't actually purchase the game. It's free. I chose to spend money in the game. I didn't have to. so in short: no. I would not sue the company.

First thing I see when I got on dominations was 3 trees ontop of a oil seep. -.-

Must be nice that the both of you don't seemingly have any problems, but not everybody is fortunate as you 2.

As being someone who's lost over 500 medals in the last 3 weeks or so alone, I am very interested to know how your situation was taken care of? I was told by several they can not reimburse my medals (which I think is ridiculous considering its their fault I lost them in the first place).

We battled in PVP to get trade goods but weren't getting them for the first couple hpurs. Now we are getting the goods no problem.

Not sure how it happened but at some point my medals were just back. Same happened with a few in my alliance. Not all though for some.

Lucky you and your buddies - it's just a shame nexon CS can be so 'automatic' with their attitude and replies. Oh well, life goes on eh?!

Since 2 days or since the new 4.1 update i cannot open my game on 3 different Devices that used to work good. iPad mini iPad air and samsung s4 even with different internet connections.
it will keep loading and before loading my village will completely crashes.i reinstalled game also.
any hope soon as support customer keep telling device memory problem which is not and now no more replay from them.
i am playing since august 2015 and already frustrated and feel its permanent problem.
any explanation or solution for them problem?as i saw same my complain in forum and in android game reviews.

It's interesting that, in Seraphine's notes on the 4.1 issues she mentions the '30sec battle timer causing loss of medals' issue as being 'able to be replicated' and that 'they're investigating'. That's nice - except that this particular issue is from the 4.0 update 6 weeks ago .....

I guess claiming it as an issue from 4.1 makes it new issue rather than an ongoing issue .....

And my connection is worse than it was before this update, 1 thing I noticed that is an improvement is the 2 min. "Battle results to the server" after a battle is over, kudos to that, but I'd like to be able to actually log on for more than a minute or 2. Also I want my medals back, if they can b reimbursed to a few, there's no reason why everyone else who've lost medals can't get there's back as well. The excuses r running out.

Actually I have a decent amount of problems myself. Game crashes a lot, I get flattened by maxed opponents, I had to do way too much forum advertising to get alliance members, etc. The difference is how I'm handling the issues, when everyone else is done being patient I just continue.

I have experienced several game crashes after the new update. I am playing on android with 4G of ram.

this type of post should be in alliance gate, please remove. You can make a pitch for your alliance on all your messages by making it part of your profile :) but please use messages to convey a relevant opinion or idea....
